Brief CV:

Ms. Reina El Dahr started her Bachelor studies in the field of Civil Engineering at the University of Balamand, Lebanon in 2015. She graduated from the same university with a Master degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Earthquake Engineering in 2020 with a GPA 4.0, (94.29/100). Her Master Thesis entitled: “Comparative analysis between genetic algorithm and simulated annealing-based frameworks for optimal sensor placement and structural health monitoring purposes”, was published as a journal paper in Buildings in September 2022. She is pursuing her PhD studies since March 2021 at the National Technical University of Athens in the field of Structural Health Monitoring under the supervision of Professor Ioannis Vayas.
